Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 1, 2026

voolama LLC dba Airport Online ("Airport Online", "we", "us") is committed to making Airport Online usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we design and build the service, not an afterthought.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and to operate in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We treat these as a baseline and continue to improve beyond them.

Accessibility benefits all travellers, so we build it into our standard process rather than bolting it on.

Measures we take

We have taken a range of steps to make Airport Online accessible:

  • Semantic structure — meaningful HTML headings, landmarks and lists so the page is understandable to assistive technology.
  • Colour contrast and intentional palette — our brand colours are chosen with colour psychology and contrast in mind, so text and controls remain legible.
  • Keyboard support — interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
  • Screen-reader support — descriptive labels, alternative text for meaningful images and ARIA only where it adds value.
  • Plain language — clear, concise wording so content is easy to read and act on.
  • Accessibility menu — controls to help adjust the reading experience where available.
  • Responsive, mobile-first layouts and touch targets sized for comfortable use.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Areas that rely on third-party data, embedded maps, vendor content or advertising may not always meet our standards, because we do not fully control them.

Where we identify a limitation, we prioritise a fix and seek an accessible alternative in the meantime. If something is blocking you, please tell us so we can help directly.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If you encounter a barrier on Airport Online, we want to hear about it. Email hello@airportonline.org with the page address, a description of the problem and the assistive technology or browser you were using.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and to provide the information or service you need through an accessible alternative while we work on a fix.

Continuous improvement

We review accessibility as part of our ongoing design and development work, test with assistive technologies, and act on the feedback we receive. This statement will be updated as our service evolves.
