Hello, I'm Dean, Welcome to Airport Online.
My professional journey has always centered around efficiency, innovation, and measurable results. For more than two decades, I’ve worked with some of the most recognized organizations in the U.S. — including Aprimo Marketing Software, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank, Franklin Templeton Investments, and Wells Fargo — leading large-scale digital transformation and cost optimization initiatives.
Across these roles, I managed multi-million-dollar portfolios, helping companies streamline operations, modernize systems, and save millions through smarter processes and better technology alignment.
Throughout my career, I’ve traveled extensively across the United States — often visiting airports in both large metropolitan hubs and smaller regional areas. One recurring frustration stood out everywhere I went: the digital airport experience in the U.S. simply didn’t work.
Websites were inconsistent, outdated, and hard to navigate. Apps were either broken, bloated with ads, or just plain useless. It was a stark contrast to what I saw abroad — especially in Europe and Asia, where airports, often run as private enterprises, operated more efficiently, offered cohesive digital experiences, and prioritized travelers through technology.
That difference became the seed for Airport Online — a SaaS platform designed to close the gap. My vision is to create a system that simplifies user interactions with airports across the U.S., while also empowering county-run airports to thrive financially.
The goal isn’t just modernization; it’s sustainability. Airport Online gives airports the tools to monetize responsibly, reduce operational costs, and enhance traveler satisfaction, all while aligning with broader government efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
