Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Airport Online, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

If you use Airport Online on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Description of the service

Airport Online provides information about US airports — including flights, parking, dining, lounges, ground transport and hotels — together with an optional vendor marketplace and advertising or affiliate content.

We may add, change or remove features at any time. Some features require an account or are provided by third parties.

Official airport website clarification

Airport Online is an independent traveller guide. Unless an airport has partnered with us and we display the official partner badge for that airport, Airport Online is not the official website of, and is not operated or endorsed by, any airport authority, airline or government body.

Where an airport has partnered with us, the official badge and any official seal will be shown on that airport's pages. The absence of the badge means the page is our independent guide.

Accuracy of airport and flight information — "as is"

Flight, schedule, parking, pricing and other airport information is compiled from third-party data providers and public or official sources. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.

Always confirm critical details — especially flight times, gates and travel requirements — directly with your airline or the airport before you travel. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the information shown.

Marketplace and vendor orders

Our marketplace lets you order products or services from independent vendors. The vendor, not Airport Online, is responsible for fulfilling your order and for the goods or services provided.

Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). By placing an order you authorise the relevant charge and agree to any vendor terms presented at checkout. Refunds, cancellations and disputes are handled in line with the vendor's policy and applicable law.

Advertising and affiliate disclosure

Airport Online displays advertising and may include affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Advertising and affiliate relationships do not influence the factual information we present, and sponsored content is identified as such. We are not responsible for third-party offers, products or websites.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

Acceptable use

When using Airport Online, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data except as expressly permitted.
• Upload malware, post unlawful or harmful content, or impersonate others.
• Use the service to send spam or to mislead travellers.

Intellectual property

Airport Online and its content — including text, design, logos and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our permission, except as the law allows.

Third-party links and services

Airport Online links to and integrates third-party websites and services that we do not control. We provide these for convenience and are not responsible for their content, products, availability or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. See our Disclaimer at /legal/disclaimer for more detail.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airport Online and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airport Online and its operators from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of Airport Online after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
